Dr. Kostas Rokkos

Managing Director of TST International S.A., Governor in the International Propeller Club of the United States, International Port of Piraeus, Greece

Dr. Rokkos Kostas is a Maritime Professional and Managing Director of TST International Shipping Company since 2001. He is also elected as Governor in the International Propeller Club Port of Piraeus, Greece, and is also a member of the Society for Risk Analysis SRA which focuses on risk management development. Dr. Rokkos received his Diploma in Electrical Mechanical Engineering and awarded as European Engineer (Eur. Ing.) from FEANI and his MSc. in Maritime Engineering from Middlesex University in London with distinction. Dr. Rokkos also awarded Doctor in Maritime Risk Management from Middlesex University in London and his research focuses on the areas of safety and security risk management. His is member of Technical Chamber of Commerce ID 29665, Member of Society of Manufacturing Engineers of USA, Member of FEANI, Member of SNAME, Member of ISES and Member of Society for Risk Analysis SRA.

Dimitris Sismanidis

Mr. Sismanidis has over 25 years of experience in the maritime industry since historically his family dealing with the marine industry for more than 50 years. He was for a series of years President and Managing Director in a Greek multinational pharmaceutical company. He is member of EuCheMS and RINA (Royal Institution of Naval Architects). Also is Member of the Lloyds Register Hellenic Technical Committee. He is Designated Person Ashore (DPA for ISM) and Managing Representative (MR for ISO 9002 and ISO 14000) of TST SA since its inception and has extensive shipping and operation experience in the management of dry bulk, bitumen carriers and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) carriers. Studied Chemistry in Aristotelian University of Thessaloniki Greece.
